Turmeric

Turmeric is made from grinding the dried roots with special machinery to create a super fine grind. Our turmeric is organic, from India, and is made from higher quality varietals with higher curcumin content. This means that it packs a deeper flavour profile. Turmeric is often used in Indian and South Asian cooking, plus West Indian foods like beef patties, and of course curries.
